  • Maintaining a zero tolerance drug-free organization.
  • Build on our success by incorporating excellence in every aspect of what we do through coaching education, leadership, and an enriched environment for athletes from the entry level to those prepared to compete at the FIS level.
  • Provide a small athlete to coach ratio, in order to foster the talent of ALL our athletes and help them reach their ski racing potential.
  • Maintain a sustainable athlete development system, that ensures we will continue to deliver podium results in alpine ski racing at all levels.

The Athletes participating in our Programs are committed to:

  • Conducting themselves as role models and contributing members of the greater Mount Washington Valley, and the communities in which they reside.

General Information:

Our All Mountain program is designed to develop skiing skills and fundamentals, and to have fun. The program provides opportunities for athletes to ski on a multitude of terrain including groomers, bumps and glades.  Our coaches adhere to the fundamentals prescribed by the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA).  The program consists of USSA-approved drill sessions, followed by application of those skills across a variety of terrain while free skiing under the supervision and guidance of our coaching staff.

To participate in the program, skiers need to be able to ski (this means ski from the top of the mountain, be able to turn and stop), keep up with the group, get along with others, follow directions, ride a chair lift and the platter lift, and ski beginner and intermediate terrain.
