Black Mountain Co-op
A Skiers Mountain, Owned by Skiers

03/28/25 Black Mountain Co-op Update: It has been a remarkable season at Black Mountain and we are proud of what we accomplished here. The next step in our plan is to transition Black Mountain to a community-owned co-op, and we want to do this correctly.

For a number of reasons, this transition will require an exemption filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission—a process that will take months, not weeks. Although we at Entabeni & Indy Pass cannot be here forever, we will stay here until what we promised is delivered. This means we are doubling down and our team is spending the summer working on critical infrastructure at Black Mountain, including snowmaking, lifts, facilities, and more.  Most importantly, we will be building a permanent team here to take the lead once we complete our mission.

The commitment to doing this correctly is unwavering, and the team is dedicated to finishing the project successfully.

We are going to do this right, and when we receive final approval for the offering, we will publicly announce a firm on-sale date. We believe that any offering will be more successful if timed at the start of next season, as opposed to during the offseason. 24/25 season pass holders will retain purchase priority. December 2025 feels right, and achievable.

Please watch the video below for more information about the accomplishments to date and the future vision for Black Mountain.
