Today's Report at Black Mountain - February 28th

We woke up to a fresh 3 inches of snow overnight, bringing our 72-hour total to an impressive 9 inches. Our groomers worked their magic right before the snow arrived, leaving the mountain in perfect condition with smooth, fresh corduroy across all our trails.

Today's weather is set to be stellar with a high of 36°F and partly sunny skies, making it an ideal day for skiing and riding. To add to the excitement, enjoy live music today with Scott Baer rocking the Alpine Cabin from 1-4 p.m. and Jeremy Dean setting the vibe at the Base from 3-6 p.m.

Don't miss out on Saturday Sunset Ski—a truly unique evening event. We’re extending the hours for the double chair by 15 minutes, so be sure to load by 4:15 p.m. This event is free for all valid ticket holders (season passes, day tickets, and all uphill passes), while anyone without a valid pass can join in for just $10.
